• Roasted Brussel-Sprouts


    1 lb (450 g) brussels sprouts

    3 cloves crushed garlic

    1 tsp lemon juice

    2 Tbsp olive oil

    ½ tsp salt

    1/4 cup Sesame Parmesan Sprinkle


    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) .

    Wash and trim brussel sprouts and place in roasting pan

    Toss in the garlic, lemon juice and oil so sprouts are well coated.

    Sprinkle with salt

    Bake on top rack of oven for 30 minutes, stirring half-way.

    Sprinkle with Sesame Parmesan Sprinkle and cook for another 5 minutes.
