    Green Beans with Cranberries

    Ingredients

    1 lb green beans

    3 tsp olive oil

    Salt to taste

    2 Tbsp dried cranberries

    2 Tbsp sliced almonds

     

    Directions

    Toss green beans with olive oil, and salt to taste.

    Roast at 425 oF (220 oC) for 15 minutes.

    Toss in dried cranberries and sliced almonds.

    Roast until the green beans are charred – about 5 more minutes.
