12-14 oz (350 – 400 gm) firm or extra-firm tofu
2 Tablespoons chicken-style seasoning
¼ tsp turmeric (optional)
¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
1/3 cup fresh chives, chopped
- Rinse tofu under running water and squeeze as much water out as possible.
- Crumble tofu into serving bowl.
- Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
May be served as a dip for veggie sticks or chips, on toast, as sandwich filling, in place of ricotta or cottage cheese in recipes.
