• Eggless Salad


    12-14 oz (350 – 400 gm) firm or extra-firm tofu

    2 Tablespoons chicken-style seasoning

    ¼ tsp turmeric (optional)

    ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise

    1/3 cup fresh chives, chopped


    1. Rinse tofu under running water and squeeze as much water out as possible.
    2. Crumble tofu into serving bowl.
    3. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    4. Serve.


    May be served as a dip for veggie sticks or chips, on toast, as sandwich filling, in place of ricotta or cottage cheese in recipes.
