    Carob Chia Pudding


    1 ½ cups (360 ml) Almond milk

    6 Tbsp carob powder or unsweetened cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp maple syrup or 6 dates

    ¼ tsp salt

    ½ tsp vanilla extract

    1/3 cup chia seeds



    Blend all except chia seeds. Add seeds and give a final pulse blend to mix through.

    Pour into bowls.

    Leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

    Top with fruit or granola.
